Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, MIS, or other technical field
Minimum five years of experience in: SQL and web-enabled applications development including design, programming, documentation, and maintenance
Debugging systems and doing routine maintenance of: database management (SQL, DB2, Oracle), Windows operatins systems, languages, macros, and tools
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Coursework preferred in Microsoft SQL Server querying and programming, Microsoft Office products, C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON and Java
MCSD Web Applications (preferred)
ODBC
MS Office Tools, i.e. Access, Excel Macros, Word Macros, etc.
Web Languages/Tools C#, ASP.net, .Net, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, Java, etc.
Azure app services and Azure DevOps.
Microsoft DB tools such as SSIS and SSRS
RESTful APIs
Web application architecture
Some experience in native app development (iOS and Android)
Java
JavaScript and leading JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, NextJS, node.js)
ColdFusion
Analytical Thinking
Communication
Problem Solving
Business Acumen

Responsibilities

Lead the development for all vehicle data pipelines.
Lead testing for all software updates.
Maintain and upgrade Servco Connected Services Portal.
Assist in troubleshooting errors on telematics enabled vehicles.
Create and maintain documentation for telematics infrastructure.
Manage Product Planning & Inventory’s (PPI) vehicle data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with analysts, product, and training teams to enable analytics and reporting.
Assist with PPI technology projects.
