Job Title: Vehicle Buying Greeter / Concierge (Service Drive)
About The Position
Emich Chevrolet is a well-established dealership known for integrity, professionalism, and a strong customer-first culture. We are expanding our vehicle buying operation and are looking for a motivated, personable Greeter/Concierge to help identify and assist customers interested in selling their vehicles—while also welcoming guests in our Service Drive. This role is primarily focused on vehicle purchasing opportunities . You will greet customers in the Service Drive, engage them in friendly conversation, and identify those who may be interested in selling their vehicle to Emich Chevrolet. You’ll gather basic information and seamlessly hand customers off to our appraisal and buying team. This is a great position for someone who enjoys customer interaction, has a light sales mindset, and wants consistent weekday hours.
Requirements
- Outgoing, confident, and professional personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers professionally in the Service Drive
- Engage customers and identify opportunities to purchase vehicles
- Start conversations about selling or trading vehicles
- Collect basic customer and vehicle information accurately
- Explain Emich Chevrolet’s vehicle buying process
- Coordinate with the appraisal and buying team
- Work closely with Service Advisors to maintain a smooth flow
- Maintain a friendly, organized, and welcoming Service Drive environment
