Requirements

• Competitive, self-motivated, and performance-driven
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
• Confident in negotiating and guiding decisions
• Moves with urgency while staying detail-oriented
• Background in automotive sales, BDC, appraisals, or inspections is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 100% inbound opportunities, no cold calling, no chasing leads
• Set appointments and confidently guide customers through the process
• Evaluate vehicles accurately, including condition and equipment
• Negotiate purchase terms and acquire vehicles directly from customers
• Manage the entire transaction from first contact through payment
• Deliver a fast, professional, and customer-first experience
