About The Position

The Vehicle Appearance Specialist at Quantrell Auto Group is responsible for maintaining the appearance and performance of the vehicle inventory. This role involves cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles, ensuring that the lots are neat and orderly, and moving cars as directed by management. The specialist will also drive vehicles to various locations and is accountable for the condition of customer vehicles in the service department. This position requires a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the service manager and/or supervisor in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Responsible for the condition of customer vehicles in the service department.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
