About The Position

Jackson Mac Haik Ford is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing vehicles to support dealership inventory needs while delivering a first-class customer experience in a professional environment.

Requirements

No previous dealership experience required – on-the-job training provided
Ability to work in elements, i.e. outside cold/hot weather
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and meet goals
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with computers and inventory systems
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of vehicles is a plus

Responsibilities

Appraise and value vehicles currently at the dealership for service in coordination with the service department
Appraise and provide purchase offers for walk-in customers looking to sell their vehicles
Evaluate vehicles based on market trends, condition, and resale value
Ensure all purchases meet company quality and profitability standards
Maintain accurate records of transactions and vehicle details
