About The Position
We are seeking Vehicle Acquisition Specialists to join our team at Platinum Hyundai of Tracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in telephone and social media communications, inventory control, and dealership operations; however, we are willing to train the right candidates. If you are passionate about vehicles and possess strong skills, we want to hear from you. This position is full-time and offers a starting pay of $16 per hour, with expected hours of 40 per week. The role involves acquiring vehicles from the KBB portal and walk-in customers, working closely with Sales Management and the Service Department, and assisting with inventory management and control. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and will have opportunities for advancement within the company. As a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the acquisition process of vehicles, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained, and providing excellent customer service to both walk-in customers and those communicating via phone or social media. You will play a crucial role in the dealership's operations, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and enhancing customer relationships.
