About The Position

Lupient Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Vehicle Buyer/Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing the sales department with a supply of marketable used vehicles within the purchasing policies and financial guidelines of the dealership. Requirements

Using VAUTO to appraise vehicles
Purchasing from wholesale sites and auctions
Contacting customers and purchasing their vehicles
Coachable and self-motivated individual
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Organized, analytical, and process oriented
Team player

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire high-quality used vehicles through various wholesale channels
Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations to determine vehicle value and condition
Negotiate purchase prices to ensure optimal profit margins while maintaining quality standards
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and private sellers.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions
Maintain accurate records of all acquisitions and transactions
Maintain positive supplier relationships
