Requirements

  • Associate degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in VDC/BIM or building design and construction, with hands‑on proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD; experience with ACC, Navisworks, or Recap is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of BIM tools, Autodesk platforms, and model‑based project workflows from design through construction; BIM certification or advanced training is beneficial.
  • Understanding of project workflows from design, estimation, construction, administration and coordination, and fabrication. Strong technical capabilities with MS Office applications, with additional familiarity with GIS, Teams, and Power BI considered a plus.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and enhances Massport’s BIM, VDC, and CAD standards, templates, and digital design tools to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.
  • Provides reliable technical guidance, model updates, and high‑quality documentation to support project teams.
  • Improves internal workflows by standardizing processes, integrating as‑built and reality‑capture data, and supporting adoption of platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Manages multiple priorities while delivering in‑house expertise and technical reviews that strengthen overall project delivery.
