As a VDC Specialist/Electrical, you will be responsible for ownership in three primary categories: BIM project set up to include developing procedures and ensuring deliverables Quality control to include quality assurance (QA/QC) Direct client services You will also have a supportive role in the following: Modeling Assisting PM in response to pricing and change orders as well as scheduling Project management assigned tasks Remote team management Customer relationship Developing tools for work optimization

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of BIM or VDC experience
  • Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Procore.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems, conduit routing, NEC codes, and field installation practices.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary coordination efforts in BIM.
  • Ability to analyze modeling challenges and provide constructible solutions.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with contractors, project managers, and field teams.
  • Take full responsibility for BIM model accuracy, project success, and team collaboration.
