About The Position

Responsible for transforming finished product designs using Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) into
fabrication working documents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant technical experience.
• Working knowledge of Revit and SysQue.
• Ability to navigate SysQue database for hangers.
• High level consistency.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform finished model in fabrication drawings using Revit.
• Provide Bill of Materials for fabrication packages.
• Provide cutlists for fabrication packages.
• Basic and advanced spooling activities.
• Provide Equipment room layout sheets for onsite installation.
• Provide annotated review and installing binders.
• Basic hanger placement for Plumbing and Mechanical systems.
• Comply with federal and state law, regulations, and all Company rules.
• Participate in online and in-person training and other educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Any other job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor.
