About The Position

The Director of BIM / VDC is responsible for developing, leading, and scaling Enterprise Electrical’s digital construction capabilities across the organization. This role will build and manage a centralized BIM / VDC department that supports complex electrical construction projects including mission critical facilities, manufacturing plants, and large commercial developments. The Director will establish company wide standards for digital coordination, electrical system modeling, and model driven prefabrication workflows. These systems will enable Enterprise Electrical to execute highly coordinated projects while improving constructability, reducing field conflicts, increasing labor productivity, and accelerating installation schedules. Enterprise Electrical is targeting long term growth toward a $300M to $500M electrical contracting platform, and the BIM / VDC department will become a core operational capability supporting that growth. The Director will play a critical role in integrating BIM workflows with prefabrication operations, coordination processes, and project delivery teams. The Director reports directly to the President / CEO and collaborates closely with executive leadership, project executives, preconstruction teams, and operations leadership. Within two years the Director is expected to build and lead a department of 15 or more BIM / VDC professionals supporting projects throughout the company.
