Job Description : DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible or all funds in the vault for the shift and all transactions processed through the vault Responsible for staging the bank deposit prior to daily pickup by armored service Responsible for balancing funds in the vault at the beginning and end of shift Responsible for all funds in the vault drawer and safe Balance all transactions processed in the vault and accounting for all markers at the beginning and end of shift Verifying transfer of funds from soft count to the vault Strap/unstrap and seal/unseal bags Daily communication with the Service Supervisor in the issuing of additional funds as needed per shift under the guidance of the Controller This job description reflects the position’s essential functions; it does not encompass all of the tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of large cash handling or vault experience required
• A strong mathematical aptitude, fast paced, shift-work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, notably Excel and other software and systems
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to work both weekdays and weekends; flexible availability is a must
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move about frequently during working hours including standing, lifting bending, twisting, pushing and pulling
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language

Responsibilities

• Responsible or all funds in the vault for the shift and all transactions processed through the vault
• Responsible for staging the bank deposit prior to daily pickup by armored service
• Responsible for balancing funds in the vault at the beginning and end of shift
• Responsible for all funds in the vault drawer and safe
• Balance all transactions processed in the vault and accounting for all markers at the beginning and end of shift
• Verifying transfer of funds from soft count to the vault
• Strap/unstrap and seal/unseal bags
• Daily communication with the Service Supervisor in the issuing of additional funds as needed per shift under the guidance of the Controller
