As our full-time Vault Custodian - Warehouse Associate, you'll maintain and track controlled materials within the vault, perform precise inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and ensure every item is logged and stored correctly. You'll pull and distribute materials to production teams, verify counts, resolve discrepancies, support audits, maintain documentation, assist with receiving shipments, and keep the vault and warehouse organized and compliant. Your work ensures production flows smoothly, securely, and accurately. What started as a card manufacturing facility has grown into the legacy that is Tag Systems. Requirements

  • Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a secure, controlled environment
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to follow strict procedures and compliance requirements
  • Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
