About The Position

As a Vault Associate at Fiserv, you will join the team at our Shoreview, MN location and receive training on how to fulfill personalized credit/debit card orders. Your role will involve performing basic order picking and quality checks to ensure the correct fulfillment based on the order ticket request.

Requirements

• Experience using a computer for data entry
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to perform basic math for order picking
• Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education, and military experience
• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment
• 1 year of experience in operating production machines

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanner to pick personalized credit/debit card orders
• Check counts with the use of basic math to ensure the order is correct
• Match batch ticket on screen to order and balance sleeve and bulk inventory
• Take rejected or defective cards from embosser to get the newly corrected one back
