About The Position

Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department. Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications. Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment. Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.

Requirements

  • Previous guest relations and/or training.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
