About The Position

The position requires availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. The role ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department. It also involves maintaining food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications, and ensuring effective communication with the General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous guest relations and/or training.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
  • Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
