Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Vascular Technologist to join our medical team. As a Vascular Technologist, you will perform non-invasive diagnostic vascular tests, including ultrasound and other imaging techniques, to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular conditions. This position requires a thorough understanding of vascular anatomy, proficient operation of diagnostic equipment, and the ability to work closely with both patients and healthcare professionals. Requirements

• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy, pathology, and diagnostic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, physicians, and medical staff.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive diagnostic vascular tests, including but not limited to carotid duplex, lower extremity artery duplex, lower extremity physiologic exams, venous duplex, and aorta/visceral duplex.
• Interpret test results and provide accurate reports to physicians for diagnostic purposes.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, explaining the testing process and answering questions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient histories and test results.
• Work with physicians and medical staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up testing as needed.
