About The Position
Operates Ultrasound equipment to perform a variety of vascular imaging procedures as indicated by physician orders and protocols. Maintains quality assurance logs, updates policies and procedures, and maintains requirements as indicated for IAC and ACR accreditations. Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of requested imaging procedures. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program for Ultrasonography
- American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) with RVT certification or ICAVL accredited.
- Current CPR (BCLS) certification
- Graduate of an accredited program for Ultrasonography with RVT certification
- Two years of vascular scanning experience
