About The Position

The Echo Sonographer III and Vascular Tech. III positions require performing comprehensive ultrasound exams and following established protocols to ensure patient safety and quality assurance. The roles involve clerical tasks associated with ultrasound tests, maintaining patient privacy, and effective communication with physicians and patients. Teamwork and personal accountability are emphasized, along with maintaining a clean work environment and identifying personal learning needs for professional growth.

Requirements

• Skills of Sonographer level 1 and 2.
• Experience with Protocol Directed and Research Protocols.
• Membership in ASE and participation in Echo Conferences.
• Experience in educational activities and presentations.
• Knowledge of graft surveillance and arterial duplex procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a preceptor.
• Involvement in Shared Governance and QI initiatives.
• Completion of CVT PACT.
