About The Position

As a Vascular Technologist at our facility you will be you will be joining a highly functioning team that supports many different departments and has a passion for providing the best patient care through compassionate, professional interactions and reliable testing. In this role, you will perform vascular ultrasound exams including, but not limited to, extracranial cerebrovascular, peripheral arterial and venous, and visceral vascular. You will be responsible for daily operations of the lab including scheduling. You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment. You will maintain performance improvement activities within the department and participate in CQI activities.

Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date.
  • (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician, or (RVS) Registered Vascular Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Perform vascular ultrasound exams including extracranial cerebrovascular, peripheral arterial and venous, and visceral vascular.
  • Responsible for daily operations of the lab including scheduling.
  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintain performance improvement activities within the department and participate in CQI activities.
