About The Position

Performs noninvasive vascular ultrasound examinations, demonstrating the skills and knowledge to assess technical data reflective of patient status relative to age and specific needs, and to assist in the interpretation of same, providing preliminary impressions as appropriate. Works effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, which is patient focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, (Required)
• Graduate of a formal vascular ultrasound program or equivalent level of training and experience (Required)
• Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) (Required) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) - Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) (Required)
• CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) (Required)

Nice To Haves

• 2 years related experience (Preferred)
