About The Position

Surgical Affiliates Management Group, Inc. (SAMGI) is seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join our established surgical team at St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, hospital-based model while serving a growing community in a dynamic healthcare environment. Position Details Full-time hospital-based vascular surgery position Provide services in a Level III Trauma Center Manage acute and elective vascular cases, including arterial and venous procedures Participate in call rotation as part of a structured surgical coverage model Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care 24/7 support from advanced practice providers and hospital staff Employed model with administrative and operational support provided by SAMGI St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center is a Level III Trauma Center serving the south-central Idaho region. The hospital provides comprehensive surgical services including vascular surgery, general surgery, trauma, and critical care. It is part of the larger St. Luke’s Health System and is recognized for excellence in patient care, surgical quality, and community engagement. Requirements

  • Board Certification in Vascular Surgery
  • Active Idaho Medical License (or ability to obtain)
  • ACLS and BLS Certification
  • Experience in trauma, emergent, and elective vascular procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience preferred

Responsibilities
