About The Position

Tanner Health, serving west Georgia and east Alabama, is seeking a board certified/board eligible Vascular Surgeon to join our current team of 3 Vascular Surgeons and 1 nurse practitioner. Tanner Health is a five-hospital nonprofit health system providing convenient, personalized healthcare to communities across west Georgia and east Alabama. Our physicians and staff provide the latest technology and treatment options to advance the health of our patients. Tanner Medical Group, named one of the largest physician group practices in metro Atlanta, serves communities throughout Carroll, Douglas, Haralson, Heard, and Paulding counties in Georgia. Our medical staff, comprised of more than 400 physicians and advanced practice providers, represent more than 30 comprehensive specialty services. Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Unrestricted Georgia physician license, or able to obtain.
• Board certified or eligible in Vascular Surgery.
• RPVI credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call requirement for Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton divided into 1:3 weekly/weekend rotation.
• Outpatient clinic presence to include Carrollton and Villa Rica practice locations.
• Access to OR and cath lab in Carrollton and Villa Rica for facility-appropriate cases.
