About The Position
Notre Dame Preparatory School (NDP), an independent, Catholic school for girls in grades 6-12 located in Towson, MD, is seeking a Head Varsity Golf Coach for the Spring 2025 season. Founded in 1873 by the School Sisters of Notre Dame, NDP is committed to fostering academic excellence, spiritual growth, and social justice among its students. The school currently serves approximately 800 girls and is dedicated to empowering them to become transformative leaders in the world. The Head Varsity Golf Coach will play a crucial role in this mission by guiding and mentoring student-athletes in their development both on and off the golf course. The position is part-time and seasonal, beginning in April 2024, and the selected candidate will be responsible for coaching the varsity golf team. This includes coordinating team selections, planning and directing practice sessions, and managing games effectively. The ideal candidate will have prior coaching experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills, to ensure a positive and productive environment for the athletes. The role requires a commitment to the school's mission and values, as well as a passion for developing young women in their athletic pursuits.
