Varsity Girls Volleyball Head Coach The Berkeley Preparatory School Girls’ Volleyball program is among the most distinguished in Tampa Bay high school athletics. Berkeley Preparatory School seeks an experienced volleyball coach and educator-leader to serve as Varsity Head Coach and lead the program forward. In collaboration with the Athletic Department and consistent with the school’s mission and values, the Varsity Head Coach will oversee all aspects of the girls’ volleyball program.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of volleyball
• A strong coaching background
• A demonstrated ability to develop student-athletes within a positive, values-driven team culture
• Excellent communicator
• A person of high character and integrity who models leadership, sportsmanship, and professionalism in a college-preparatory environment

• Coordinating the competition schedule
• Planning practices
• Implementing competitive game strategies

• Developing off-season conditioning programs
