About The Position
Lipscomb Academy is seeking qualified and motivated Offensive Assistant Coaches to support its high school football program. Together, these roles will comprise the offensive coaching staff. Duties and responsibilities include: Focus on development of various positions such as QBs, Wide Receivers, Tight Ends, Running Backs and the Offensive Line. Plan and implement position-specific drills, techniques, and game preparation for offensive these skill positions. Demonstrate professionalism at all times, upholding the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct while fostering strong, positive relationships with players, coaches, parents, and the broader community. Cultivate a Christ-centered team environment rooted in service, aligned with the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy.
