About The Position

The Varsity Field Hockey Head Coach at Berwick Academy is responsible for planning and conditioning, training, and performance of our student athletes for the Varsity Field Hockey program. This position reports to the Director of Athletics. This Head Coach will be responsible and in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of the New England Preparatory Athletic Council (NEPSAC) and Eastern Independent League. Berwick seeks an experienced Varsity Field Hockey Head Coach to become part of our community. This is a part-time seasonal position, with some off-season responsibilities including meetings, program development, and admissions-related events throughout the year. The Head Coach is responsible for leading a competitive, development-focused field hockey program that aligns with Berwick's new afternoon programming. Berwick is looking for someone who will mentor our student-athletes and create a positive team culture. This coach will plan and lead practices, use film as a coaching tool and actively recruit prospective candidates. This position requires excellent communication with parents and students of the program.

Requirements

Experienced Club and High School Field Hockey coach preferred
