About The Position

Silver Lake Regional High school is in search of a Varsity Assistant Coach Baseball Coach in charge of training and management of the varsity baseball team.

Requirements

• Experience coaching high school baseball
• Experience working with students

Nice To Haves

• Previous high school coaching experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach the skills and strategies of baseball to student-athletes in grades 9-12.
• Be a role-model and teacher of baseball including; practice, game day coaching, conditioning of athletes, supervision of athletes, maintenance of practice facility and equipment.
• Determine awards for students and provide the athletic department with a list of team needs.
• Communicate regularly with families as needed.
