Production Leader - Up to $30 an hour based on experience, with a $3,000 signing bonus Press Operator - $23.84+ an hour, plus a $1,500 signing bonus Packaging Operator - $20.91 an hour plus a $1,500 signing bonus Production Operator - $20.91+ an hour plus a $1,500 signing bonus Maintenance Technician - 2nd or 3rd Shift $25.20 - $39.61 an hour, with $4,000 signing bonus Machine Operator with Forklift Experience - $23.84 - $25 an hour plus a $1,500 signing bonus Machine Operator - Starting at $23.84 - $25 an hour plus a $1,500 signing bonus Advanced Machinist/CNC Operator - Starting at $25.20+ plus a $1,500 signing bonus We are value-added partner to customers, featuring a wide variety of highly engineered products across Tools, Outdoor Living, and Celebrations. At our Chilton, WI facility we produce handheld torches and propane tanks which are essential for camping adventure and DYI’s.
