SAIC is seeking incumbent and external talent to support the Department of Justice (DOJ), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Enterprise Optimization of EPS Systems (E-OPES) contract. These positions will provide services to consolidate multiple ATF systems into a single fully-integrated web application. This will include business process reengineering to streamline workflows, user interface / user experience (UI/UX) design to consolidate and streamline the user experience, cloud and application architecture design, database consolidation, rebuilding the applications in a low-code platform, Java development expertise to build APIs and functional extensions, robotic process automation (RPA) development, and artificial intelligence (AI) expertise. These positions are contingent upon contract award anticipated for May 2026 with a June 2026 start date. All positions must be performed in the United States and will be remote, with occasional travel to customer sites.
