• No reprimands, revocations, suspensions, or voluntary relinquishments of certificates or licenses
• No convictions for crimes against children or other persons
• No convictions for financial exploitation of vulnerable adults
• No findings of sexual assault or exploitation of minors in dependency actions
• No findings of sexual abuse or exploitation in domestic relations proceedings
• No findings of abuse or financial exploitation of vulnerable adults in disciplinary board decisions
• No convictions or guilty pleas to other criminal charges in the last ten years

Benefits
