Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years managing a digital library and user accounts.
  • Passion for metadata and taxonomy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of Creative workflows and systems, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of legal aspects related to digital assets.
  • Drive to understand and implement new technology.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Orange Logic DAMs, Cloudinary, Wrike, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience implementing and migrating to new DAM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and upload assets to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool.
  • Ensure that all Vans digital creative assets are accessible to Global and Regional teams.
  • Interface with multiple departments when training, providing support, and promoting the DAM system.
  • Admin support for additional connected tools utilized by the Creative team.
  • Tag, rename, resize, and upload assets to the DAM system.
  • Track usage rights for all assets in partnership with legal and production teams.
  • Assist DAM users with file retrieval, troubleshooting, and understanding usage rights.
  • Establish and maintain best practices with the Project Management team.
  • Onboard new DAM users, set up accounts with appropriate access levels, and provide training.
  • Maintain the DAM user interface for usefulness across multiple departments.
  • Administer the Project Management workflow tool, including running reports and onboarding new users.
