The position involves greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner immediately upon interaction. The individual will be responsible for transporting guests safely to and from the airport or other locations using a shuttle van or other vehicles. Additionally, the role includes providing information regarding the local community upon request, loading and unloading guest luggage and other materials, and completing required transportation logs. The employee must report any vehicle mechanical problems immediately and obey traffic laws while following established traffic and transportation procedures. The position also requires awareness of guest satisfaction scores and working towards increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. During staffing shortages or peak check-in/out periods, the individual may work as a Bell Attendant. Safe work habits must be practiced, and protective safety equipment should be worn to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.
