About The Position

We're Hiring: Van Driver Make a Difference One Ride at a Time! Are you someone who loves being on the road, enjoys good conversation, and wants to make a meaningful impact in peoples lives? Were looking for a reliable, friendly, and compassionate individual to help transport our amazing residents to and from their personal errands, social outings, and medical appointments. This isnt just a driving jobits a chance to brighten someones day and be a trusted part of their journey.

Requirements

• A valid drivers license
• Acceptable driving record (including no DUIs within the past 5 years)
• A big heart and a helpful attitude
• Great time-management and communication skills
• Ability to assist individuals with mobility challenges (well train you if needed!)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and activities
• Provide a warm, friendly, and respectful experience for every passenger
• Assist residents in and out of the van as needed
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
• Communicate with staff about schedule changes or special accommodations
