About The Position

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, discreet, and professional Van Driver to safely and comfortably transport our Legacy Associates throughout the tri-state area. This role is an integral part of the white-glove service experience we provide to our clients and team. The ideal candidate takes pride in punctuality, vehicle care, and delivering a consistently professional experience on every trip. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. We are a well-established and growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) specializing in investment and wealth planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and business owners with $25M+ in assets. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a professional driver (chauffeur, rideshare, corporate transport, or similar preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — no major traffic violations.
  • Must meet Pennsylvania’s minimum visual acuity standard of 20/40 combined vision (corrected or uncorrected) and hold a valid, unrestricted PA drivers license.
  • Strong familiarity with GPS navigation devices and mapping applications.
  • Working knowledge of area roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns across the tri-state area.
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused in high-traffic or stressful driving situations.
  • Polite, professional, and customer-service-oriented disposition.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening, night, or weekend shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan driving routes in advance using GPS and real-time traffic data to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Pick up Legacy Associates promptly at their requested times and locations.
  • Assist Legacy Associates with loading and unloading their equipment as needed.
  • Monitor traffic and weather reports to proactively adjust routes around delays, congestion, or road construction.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming vehicle environment for all riders.
  • Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, service appointments, and detailing to uphold safety and appearance standards.
  • Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or concerns promptly to management.
  • Adhere to all Legacy Advisors policies and procedures, including the Dress Code.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and records as required.
