About The Position

The Van Driver is responsible for cleaning dishes in a food service environment to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses. Transportation Services Safely operate hotel shuttle/van to transport guests to and from designated locations (including airport, local attractions, and approved destinations). Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading. Provide information about the hotel, local area, and nearby attractions. Maintain accurate shuttle logs and adhere to scheduled pickup/drop-off times. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness of the van (interior and exterior). Report any mechanical or safety issues immediately. Front Desk Support Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Transfer calls appropriately and take accurate messages when needed. Provide basic hotel information including rates, amenities, directions, and policies. Assist with simple guest requests as directed by Front Desk leadership. Gift Shop & Property Support Restock gift shop merchandise during downtime. Monitor inventory levels and notify management when items are low. Keep gift shop organized, clean, and guest-ready. Assist with light housekeeping of public areas as needed. Support additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Work Experience: Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Always provide friendly service with a smile to guests.
  • Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekend based on the demands of the hotel.
  • Currently looking for Full-Time morning shift and Full-time overnight shift candidates.
  • Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time, unless otherwise directed by your immediate manager. Never work while clocked out.
  • Must clock in/out for breaks at the designated time on your schedule.
  • Must provide sufficient notice as directed by your supervisor when calling out for a scheduled shift.
