JOB SUMMARY At HCW Hospitality, transportation is an essential part of the guest experience. As a Shuttle Driver, you’ll provide safe and reliable transportation for our guests, ensuring they arrive at their destinations on time and with a smile. Your friendly demeanor and driving expertise will help guests feel well cared for during their stay. The hours for this position are from 4am-12pm WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Shuttle Driver, you’ll transport guests safely and efficiently. In this role, you will:

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience driving passenger vehicles or shuttles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely shuttle service to guests, following scheduled routes.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the shuttle vehicle.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during transport.
• Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
