About The Position

Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe and dependable transportation services for railroad crews. The company fully supports its drivers by supplying the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training, eliminating the need for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). This role is accessible as it does not require a high school diploma, GED, or a resume. Drivers will not face high-pressure delivery quotas, the need to load or unload packages, or prolonged standing. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible and varying schedules, contributing to North America's vital transportation network.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Current valid state-issued driver's license
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle
• Utilize navigation tools effectively
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards
• Ability to communicate and write in English
