About The Position

Hallcon is seeking Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation to members of railroad crews, contributing to the crucial operations of the railways. The company provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and does not require a CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume. Drivers will not face high-pressure delivery quotas, package loading/unloading, or prolonged standing. Hallcon is a mobility and infrastructure services company focused on turnkey solutions for clients such as technology companies, manufacturers, railroads, universities, corporate business parks, hospitals, airports, and public transportation agencies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Current valid state-issued driver's license
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to communicate and write in English
• No CDL necessary

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle
• Utilize navigation tools effectively
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards
