Job Description What You Will Do Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events — your route, their adventure! Assist guests with luggage because every suitcase deserves a helping hand. Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to their questions or requests. Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed to keep things smooth. Keep our shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized for everyone’s comfort and safety. What We Are Looking For Customer-focused: You know that a great attitude makes every ride better. Licensed and safe driver: Your valid driver’s license and care on the road keep guests secure. Strong communicator: You handle questions and concerns like a pro, making guests feel heard. Physically fit: Ready to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during your shift.
