About The Position
Hallcon is seeking Van Drivers to provide safe and dependable transportation to railroad crews. The company provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. This role does not require a CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume. Drivers will not face high-pressure delivery quotas, package loading/unloading, or prolonged standing. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and contributes to North America's transportation network by supporting crucial railway operations.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Current valid state-issued driver's license
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check

- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle
- Utilize navigation tools effectively
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards
- Ability to communicate and write in English
