About The Position

City Electric Supply (CES) is a family-owned electrical wholesaler with a worldwide service network and the personal service of a neighborhood store. The company aims to add 30-35 branches a year while maintaining its founding principles. The Van Driver / Warehouse Employee is responsible for all aspects of customer delivery, including packing orders, mapping delivery routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its maintenance records. This role also supports various warehouse functions such as receiving material, maintaining warehouse organization, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The employee will collaborate with other branches to ensure customers across the CES network receive a consistently high level of service.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations.
Inspect and maintain vehicle safety.
Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle.
Check in and put up stock.
Help maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.
Pull orders for deliveries.
Back up counter staff with orders and customers.
Assist in counting during Stock Take.
Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager.
