About The Position

The Van Driver / Warehouse Employee is responsible for all aspects of customer delivery, including packing orders, mapping routes, handling paperwork, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its records. This role also supports various warehouse functions such as receiving and organizing materials, shipping, and preparing customer orders. The employee will collaborate with other branches to ensure consistent high-level service across the CES network.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license required
Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations
Inspect and maintain vehicle safety
Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle
Pack customer orders for delivery
Map delivery routes
Handle delivery paperwork
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
Maintain delivery vehicle and maintenance records
Receive and put up stock in the warehouse
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Pull orders for deliveries
Ship materials
Prepare customer orders
Back up counter staff with orders and customers
Assist in counting during Stock Take
Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager
Collaborate with other branches to ensure customers across the CES network receive a consistently high level of service
