About The Position
The Senior Van Driver performs supervisory and a variety of direct patient care activities. The position oversees Transportation functions related to patients who are transferred to and from the facility via the facility van and ensures maintenance of transportation vans and efficiency of the Transportation department. The Senior Van Driver reports department and patient issues to the Director of Plant Operations, as needed, attends leadership functions within the hospital and ensures overall quality. The position provides direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Job Code: 100102
