About The Position

As a Van Driver, your main responsibility will be to ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of our residents. You'll contribute to the well-being of our community members by providing reliable transportation for various activities and appointments.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a passenger van safely and responsibly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with seniors.
• Respectful and patient attitude towards residents.
• Physical ability to assist residents with boarding and exiting the van.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and community events.
• Ensure the comfort and well-being of passengers during transit.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the van safely.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the van, conducting routine inspections.
• Assist in community programs and activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and community members.
• Report any issues or incidents promptly.
• Uphold a friendly and helpful demeanor to create a positive experience for residents.
