About The Position

The Menifee Union School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Van-Automobile Driver. This role requires a valid California Class C Driver's License and the ability to maintain an acceptable driving record to qualify for insurability by the District's authorized insurance carrier. Candidates must also possess a Standard Red Cross First Aid Certificate or an equivalent certification that meets the curriculum standards of the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Online certifications will not be accepted. Additionally, applicants must participate in the district's physical and drug testing program, which includes pre-employment, random, and reasonable suspicion testing.

Requirements

• Valid California Class C Driver's License.
• Acceptable driving record and qualification for insurability by the District's authorized insurance carrier.
• Possession of a Standard Red Cross First Aid Certificate or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a test administered by the CHP.
• Participation in the district's physical and drug testing program.

Responsibilities

• Drive a van or automobile to transport students and staff as required.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transportation.
• Maintain the vehicle in good working condition and report any issues.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Participate in required training and certification programs.
