About The Position

Our mission Deliver safe, high-quality food and beverage products efficiently—every run, every day. As our Value Stream Production Supervisor, you will orchestrate people, processes, and materials to hit output targets while raising the bar on safety and quality. What you’ll do Direct and develop a production team; set clear expectations, provide feedback, and recognize wins. Drive a proactive safety culture: complete audits, submit incident reports, and investigate near-misses. Verify adherence to quality standards and operating procedures across all workstations. Deliver training on standard work with a focus on safety, quality, and attainment of production goals. Collaborate with HR on payroll accuracy, staffing plans, and personnel/labor issues. Enable seamless communication at changeover by briefing peer supervisors on critical issues. Track and improve KPIs for throughput and scrap; implement countermeasures as needed. Partner with maintenance and technical support to troubleshoot process, equipment, and material issues. What you’ll need At least 5 years of production supervision experience; union manufacturing background preferred. Effective verbal and written communication; proven relationship-building with hourly teams and leadership. Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn new software tools. Leadership and people-management capability. Experience in food and beverage manufacturing. Preferred Bachelor’s degree. Six Sigma certification. Physical demands & work environment Lift and carry 25 lbs. or more as needed. Stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Success metrics Zero-injury mindset backed by completed audits and near-miss investigations. Consistent compliance to specifications and procedures. Achievement of production rate and scrap reduction targets. Clear, timely handoffs at every changeover.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of production supervision experience; union manufacturing background preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication; proven relationship-building with hourly teams and leadership.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn new software tools.
• Leadership and people-management capability.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
