About The Position

The Value Stream Leader is a forward‑thinking, influential driver of the value stream’s product vision, long‑range roadmap, and technology‑enabled business outcomes. This leader integrates deep understanding of business processes, customer needs, and technical capabilities to shape a strategic product direction that maximizes value for the enterprise. Acting as the champion for both the business and its customers, the Value Stream Leader connects vision to execution—guiding teams to deliver outcomes that advance organizational goals, strengthen operational performance, and inspire confidence across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ product management or equivalent education, training, or experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
  • Proven experience leading strategic product initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and technical aptitude
  • Collaborative leadership style and ability to influence across teams
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for continuous improvement and customer-centric solutions

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Balance innovation, modernization, and risk—while responding to customer needs and technology trends.
  • Build deep understanding of business processes to inform efficient, scalable product decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders to surface opportunities and clarify outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams, shaping solutions that are technically sound and sustainable.
  • Understand delivery issues, address roadblocks, and ensure teams are focused on business value.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and priorities transparently to all stakeholders.
  • Influence and inspire teams, fostering trust, accountability, and a customer-driven culture.
  • Drive continuous customer discovery and use outcomes data to refine product strategies.
