About The Position

Value Stream Manager Location: Franklin, Wisconsin Reports To: Director of Operations Join Our Team as a Value Stream Manager - Drive Operational Excellence in Manufacturing! Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the manufacturing process for the heat exchanger and copper/brass lines.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
Implement and sustain lean manufacturing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of safety.
Maintain accuracy of routings and bills of materials.
Collaborate with engineering, scheduling, and customer service teams to meet production goals.
Participate in daily production meetings, biweekly control room meetings, and weekly operations staff meetings.
Prioritize and ensure adherence to production schedules.
