About The Position

This role owns safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity results while developing a high performing team of supervisors and hourly employees. You will coordinate closely with Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure reliable flow, rapid issue resolution, and world class customer delivery performance. In this role you will: Own the Value Stream Build and maintain current state and future state value stream maps for Ruff-IN across fabrication, kitting, assembly, inspection, and material handling. Establish the management system (tier meetings, visual KPIs, daily accountability) to drive performance and problem solving. Collaborate with Planning and the Product Line on capacity modeling, constraints, and load leveling for high mix/low volume demand. Manage daily/weekly sequencing to protect bottlenecks. Deliver on commitments to maintain strong service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Washington, PA to be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
